Why We Need You

As a B2B provider powering some of the world’s leading iGaming brands, we’re seeking a commercially-minded and experienced Head of Live Dealer to lead the strategy, development, and performance of our Live Dealer platform.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving the evolution of our live casino offering — from game innovation and studio tech to back-office tools and partner integrations.

You’ll define and execute the product roadmap with a focus on scalability, compliance, and operational excellence, while working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver world-class live gaming experiences.

This is a senior leadership position, best suited to someone with deep experience in product management, agile development, and KPI ownership — particularly in the live dealer or live entertainment space.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Define the strategic roadmap for the Live Dealer product line, aligning with commercial goals and partner requirements.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers, ensuring clear ownership, measurable outcomes, and high performance.
• Translate partner and market needs into scalable product features and platform enhancements across studio operations, games, UI/UX, and admin tooling.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with development, operations, compliance, commercial, and studio teams to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery.
• Own and optimize KPIs including uptime, round performance, game engagement, session duration, player conversion, and partner satisfaction.
• Drive innovation in live dealer formats, including new game concepts, interactive features, and personalization.
• Ensure global regulatory compliance, working closely with legal and jurisdictional teams to adapt product features where necessary.
• Partner with account management and commercial teams to support new business, onboarding, and custom partner configurations.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in live and interactive gaming.

What You Bring to the Team

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Direct experience in Live Dealer, Live Casino, or interactive real-time gaming is essential.
• Strong understanding of B2B platform dynamics and operator needs in the iGaming space.
• Demonstrated ability to set and drive KPIs related to product performance, player engagement, and partner success.
• Experience working in an agile development environment, delivering across multiple geographies and device platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to align cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with strong experience in product analytics, A/B testing, and data-informed decision-making.
• Knowledge of international compliance requirements (e.g., MGA, UKGC, Ontario) for live casino products.
• Strong communication skills and ability to represent product vision both internally and externally.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with live streaming technology, game logic design, or casino studio infrastructure.
• Familiarity with modular, multi-tenant platforms and configurable UI/UX for operator customization.
• Experience working with third-party studios or content partners.
