Why We Need You

We are looking for Scheduler to join our Sportsbook Operations team. This entry-level role is designed for individuals who are highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in the sports betting industry. This role is critical in ensuring seamless trader coverage for live sports events - primarily football - across multiple time zones. You will be the backbone of scheduling operations, balancing efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience is not required – comprehensive training and development will be provided.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assign live sports matches (primarily football) to sportsbook traders according to schedules and availability.
  
• Create, update, and maintain daily and weekly shift rosters for the trading team.
  
• Ensure optimal trader coverage across different time zones and events.
  
• Manage last-minute changes - such as trader absences or match time adjustments - with agility.
  
• Coordinate with team leads to align on event priorities and resource allocation.
  
• Maintain clear and accurate scheduling records in Excel or Google Sheets.
  
• Track and report attendance, shift swaps, and incidents to management.

What You Bring to the Team

• Strong interest in sports, especially football/soccer
• Basic skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Availability to work during night shifts/midnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays six days a week.
• Good communication skills in English - written and verbal.
• Highly detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Strong time management skills.
• Punctual, dependable, and eager to learn.
• No prior experience required - full training will be provided.
